Carnival
Ignoring the more flamboyant mega costumes, I chose to concentrate on ‘back story’ of the people. The people are Carnival.
Brush strokes of movement dancing across the image. The contrast between darkness to light. Barely imperceptible in parts. This mirrors the peoples of the islands, the multi-cultured celebrations metamorphosed into an international melting pot.
